Job scope:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing plan and strategy that aligned with marketing campaigns objectives
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
  • Participate in annual planning of company objectives by developing and adjusting marketing strategies to meet the goals set by company
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget with monitor campaign budgets
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends, do research on competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Provide accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Collaborate with teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Lead, train and motivate members of the digital marketing team

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Digital Marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Good knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
